When I was drawing this my boyfriend looked over and said, "Holy shit that guy looks just like me" He's right too, that was one of the things I noticed when we started going out. Hey that guy looks a lot like a character in my comic (albeit without the tats, piercings or beard). I felt like Crumb, but only a little bit.
